Terminology in design, a fillet is a rounded corner or edge. The Fillet House is designed to maximise the building plinth while responding to its views and neighbourhood. Filleting the edges of the house as to achieve a wholeness and completeness of the house which creates the flowing effect continuously from its front to its rear; and from its side to its front. Filleted at its corner to capture the pause of a dynamism from its form and massing too.
